Fund Account Manager (FAM)

The NG-CDF Board seeks to recruit a dynamic, results-driven professional to serve as Fund Account Manager (FAM). The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Fund in the constituency, ensuring strict adherence to the NG-CDF Act 2015, Public Finance Management (PFM) Act 2012, and Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015.

Key Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting ledgers, cash books, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of Statutory Quarterly Financial Returns (Form CDF 1 & 2).
- Serve as Secretary to the National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee (NG-CDFC).
- Liaise with the National Assembly, Auditor-General, and County Project Monitoring Committees during audits.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant of Kenya [CPA(K)] and an active member of ICPAK in good professional standing.
- Minimum five (5) years progressive experience in public sector accounting, PFM, or donor fund administration.
- Sound knowledge of Kenya Government IFMIS, E-Procurement, and electronic banking systems.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya (Clearance from KRA, DCI, EACC, HELB, CRB).
